Procedure Helps Metro Mom Survive Heart Attack

In honor of Mother’s Day, Menorah Medical Center and Cardiologist Dr. Ujjaval Patel were honored to share a story about a mother of three whose heart stopped beating for 25 minutes. Cindy Niezer suffered a heart attack and thanks to the team at Menorah and a procedure called Code ICE – she is now healthy and has no long-term damage to her heart or brain.
